Clip Art Mouse
When you have chosen the picture you wish to add, click it, and it will appear on the current PowerPoint slide that you have opened. In certain circumstances, you may wish to rotate the picture. To do this, make sure you have clicked on to the picture, then click and hold the left mouse button on the green circle above the clip art picture. You can then move the mouse around, which will then rotate the picture around. Furthermore, you can adjust the size of the picture by left click and holding the mouse on the 4 small circles or squares that surround the picture. You can then drag the picture, adjusting the height or width to whatever you feel necessary.
Why do business presenters insist on only text? It is an uphill battle to convince some presenters to use graphics. We are not speaking of Mickey Mouse clip art. Symbols such as check marks, dollar signs, and arrows can save space and help the audience retain the message. Graphs and flow charts make numbers and complex material concrete. They are also more interesting than a page of text. The mind thinks in pictures, not words! If you want people to remember your message, use graphics.
